Dont forget that the Ruger Rimfire Steel Championship is 3 Sept in Greeley.

Break out those 22s and get out there. There is only one way to get better, and sitting at home isnt one of them.

Is there still slots open? I read where there was only 60 available and can't believe people havent filled them.

Heck yeah I will be there. .... Provided Uncle Sam does not cancel my leave.

Shooting steel with a 22 is as much fun as it gets. Looking forward to it.

I think there might be, but you should get in touch with the match director to be sure.

Just in from the Match Director...


The Ruger Rimfire Colorado State Steel will be shot at Weld Saturday and is full.

Remember the Shooters meeting is 7:30 and you need to check in prior to that. Give them some time to check you in, do not show up at 7:20. Set-up will be 6:15.

Heck of a good time yesterday. A little chilly in the morning but warmed up nice by 10:00.

The match was very well run and lunch was perfect.

Lots of people from the forum were there.

DocMedic took the ribbing, mom jokes and locker room humor pretty well, for a girl that is.

After the match when we were waiting for the results we hung out and plinked with some suppressed 22s for a bit. Good times.

Congrats to Craig, WiseAsset, Limited GM, rtr and Patches aka DocMedic for their outstanding finishes.

Good times yesterday, had lots of fun shooting with my friends. Special congratulations to patches for his outstanding finish. He really rocked with the rifle.

My son ran a 2.00 on smoke and hope Not bad for his 3rd time to a range.

Ya, I saw your son run that 2.00. To bad you couldn't catch him. It was cool having Mike Bane on our squad. Couldn't have had more fun with my son.
