So apparently there is a petition online to get Bert and Ernie married. Why do 2 guys who live together have to be gay and not friends or cousins maybe? Guess what a 4 year doesn't think that way or judge, only PC sensitive adults do. I want to start a petition to ban stupid people from the USA, i wonder how well that would go over? [Rant1] [Rant2] [Bang]

As much as I don't care about gay marriage, I find this pretty irritating. Adults should leave children's shows to children. Just because Smurfette is the ONLY female in the Smurf universe, doesn't mean that she needs to be depicted as a whore.

Apparently, from what I just read, they are trying to introduce a transgendered into the cast too. Seriously? To me, that's just damned perverse.

When I have kids I'm not raising them on the perverse and wrong teachings of "normal" society... why? Because society if really fucked up right now. Yes we always suspected that Bert and Ernie were gay (one of them does sleep face down in his pillow), but they never said anything and we just went about our business. Besides, now a days Sesame Street teaches some pretty messed up stuff:

I still let my daughter watch Tom and Jerry which many parents would never in a million years let their kids watch a mouse repeatedly blow up, shoot, set on fire and hit a cat on the head. She's thinks it's great.

Ernie is pretty funny always screwing with Bert. Cookie Monster is by far the funniest on Sesame Street.

Some of my best memories with my dad were from getting up early on Saturday mornings to feed horses and then we would watch the "Bugs Bunny/ Roadrunner Hour". Good times.

In the Post today, they had an editorial from some Washington Post employee who stated Sesame Street should not sexualize the puppets and instead, should put a same sex human couple on the show. Their belief is, the kids that watch that show will understand that same sex couple are normal and a part of our society.

The PC people are taking over.
