Welcome Laura & Tracy!

All - Shootin' Den is located @ 430 W. Fillmore St. (between Nevada & I-25 in Colorado Springs. For those of you familiar with the old location, they are in the same strip mall - just 2 doors away from the old location.

Their doors aren't open yet and I'm trying to assist them with using this site, but the doors will be open soon and I hope to have them old hands at forum use soon as well.

While this is a new business for them, they've both been working in the firearms industry for YEARS. In fact, Laura worked at the old Shootin' Den since she was a young tike (on and off) - she was working there when the previous owners closed their doors to retire.

Laura and I have been good friends for 20+ years. While I've just recently met Tracy, I can tell you that both he and Laura are really good people. In fact, Tracy is an AR fan as well.

I have great expectations for the Shootin' Den and what it will do for the gun business and gun owners in the Springs.

I was at the store last night and the stock is getting put out and the items priced. Hopefully it shouldn't be much longer before the doors open to the public (it's nice having an inside loop on something like this). I know Laura & Tracy are anxious to get their doors opened and start doing some business.

Carl (Bailey Guns) & the rest of you... If you come to the Springs to check out the store be sure to give me a heads up so that I can try to come by too and meet you.
