I've got a Mr. Bulk Space Needle II from a few years ago.

It's a Maglite C-cell body, with a Luxeon 5W LED powered by 3x123A batteries.

Apparently it's rated around 200 lumens. Awesome light.

The Space Needle II isn't offered anymore, and some friends of mine were asking me where they could get something like it.

The Inova T5 LED and Surefire L2/L5 are close, but not quite.

Anything else I should look at?

What are the size and lumen requirements? I'm lusting after a Surefire L4 right now - LED, 100 lumens, 5.1" in length, 2.5 hour run time. Lots of things to consider, I guess - is carry/concealability an issue?

My "Space Needle II" is based on a 2 C-cell MagLight.

I would guess about that same size.

Cost is a factor. Ideally <$100, but absolutely <$200.

Cabelas had their 115 Lumen / 5W LED light on closeout for $49.95, but they were sold out by the time I noticed.
