It was tough but I was able to keep myself from shouting obscenities from the rooftop. Another cocktail and capitol police may have had something to say.

It's OK. They aren't in session, so you would only be cursing at the Capitol Police and tourists.

Enjoy the humidity and bugs. DC really was built on a swamp, so improving it is difficult process. [ROFL1]

i was there in may...man it was hot and sucked but its a cool place to visit

Horrible humidity. Went out for a run around the National Mall last night. I was dripping before I made it half a mile.

Apparently all Imperial capitols are sketchy places. Why should DC be any different.

Sometimes I really miss living there...

I try to make it out once a year for a visit but usually in the fall. I went out last summer and thougt I was going to die. Between being fatter and not used to that kind of humidity made it absolutely miserable.

I did drink a lot though, which made it better
