The latest voice in the debate over Alabama's tough new anti-illegal immigration law - considered the most restrictive in the nation - comes not from the usual activists but from a more traditionally conservative group: church leaders. I have to agree with church leaders - as written the law would interfere with their activities. I don't see why it can't be clarified.

The Law is The Law.
Illegal is illegal, I don't care who you are.
Nobody said the following your religion would be easy.
Just look at the first Christians, martirized in the Coliseum...
Do what your heart tells you to and deal with the consequences.
Somebody got Himself crucified to do the right thing...
I can't believe I must point that out![Muaha]

Couldn't they use this excuse to circumvent other laws as well? They already provide alcohol to minors with no consequences.

While I don't believe in letting people, regardless of their legal status, to go hungry, thirsty or have untreated medical conditions, you can still provide these and stay within the law and evict these free loaders.

This is why I don't go to the Methodist Church anymore. They traded my American family's membership for a family of illegal aliens.

Did they get a free burrito to go with it?[Tooth]
