So I put up an ATV for sale today. Posted for $3800 and had a guy text me offering is ''CMMG custom...nothing could be bought over the counter at like cabelas or sportsmans, I payed almost 4K to have it custom built last year"

So he sent me a pic and I could build the same exact gun for about $1600 at retail prices.

I am just amazed at what people think their crap is worth.

the gun had nothing special...basic lower and upper, 16" m4 barrel, Midwest industries clamp on rail (not very good quality IMO), 5 magpul mags, case, and vltor stock with a cheaper BUIS and flip up front iron site.

I do a lot of transactions on CL and see this crap all the time, mostly with Jeep guys. People are idiots.
