Looks like the weather patern shifted a bit,its been rainy here in NY for the past week or so hot humid and muggy, but today the temps were at a comfortable level-mid 70s so the humidity diddnt feel too bad
Its still rainy but at least it don't feel like your in the jungle!

My swamper is getting the house down to 77. Bit warm it is. Last few weeks I have had to turn the thing off through out the day due to it getting too cold.

I don't have any type of air conditioning.... Ya, made a fast move over to this place and didn't take a few things into consideration.

My house gets lots of sun. Great in the winter. Not so much in the summer. Luckily it doesn't get too hot up. Made it up to 81 today. It's 80 outside right now and 83 inside.

That sucks.

For those of you bitching about the heat, I quote you this:

l was going to complain about how hot it is, then I realized that: 1.) It isn't 140 degrees; 2.) I'm not 5,700 miles from home; 3.) I'm not dressed in a full ACU uniform, vest, and helmet and carrying 70+ lbs.; and 4.) There is very little chance that anyone will shoot at me or that I might drive over a bomb in the road today! Thanks to all who serve.

I did an APFT today and then sat in the heat for another hour recording everyone else's scores.
I really dislike the heat.

You know what I've noticed lately? Usually, a lot of big fights break out in the winter because everyone is cooped up inside and bitchy. Seems like recently there have been more than the usual amount of summer arguments, and I think it is because the economy is down and people are still staying home. :(

Hmmm..... very interesting observation there Irving.
