Welcome to the forum! FYI, if you ever visit Westminster, Colorado, there is a South Philly Cheese Steak shop in Westminster (http://www.yelp.com/biz/south-philly-cheesesteaks-and-subs-westminster) that is absolutely yummy. They use real Amoroso bread! /drool
