after 4 months of having my pay seriously jacked up I had enough. This time was around a 300 dollar mistake on their part and told me it would take 1 or 2 pay periods to get my money that they owe me. Sorry but that don't work for me so I walked out. I will not work for incompetent people. So if anyone knows of any IT or Communication jobs in the Pueblo or Colorado Springs area I would appreciate it if you let me know.

I had ONE main reason I went to work.
To get PAID.
If they can't get that right.........

EXACTLY. I get enough money from my military pension to pay bills and put food in my mouth.

tomorrow going to check a position for an RF technician here in pueblo and Wednesday there is an open house for a new help desk opening in springs

I would've walked out, too. I hate people that just assume that they can walk all over you just because they sign your paycheck. If you want a job you can find one.

I've done the same thing. It sure feels good when you walk out.
Then it sinks in when you have to hustle to find another job, but it's the principle of the whole thing.

Seriously, lotta truth there.
esp the feel good part
followed by the whole sinking in part.
still, that's why you always keep some FU money in reserve, so you can always walk away and tell them to FOAD

good job
anytime your pay is fouled up and they don't immediately fix it, something is wrong.

Labor Board
if you can show or have documentation of their shorting you. the LB will be all over them.
i just left a job that paid 1.5x more + comm. then the job before it.
too good to be true. short commission check here. lack of funds there.
screw that.
droped the labor board call to the owner ,mysteriously last few checks were on the money. oh well their loss.
