I wanted to give a shout out of thanks to Jim, Bryan and the others "up north" who assisted with my first AK build and taught me how to build the second one myself. The one they helped with is the bottom one, parkerized by BPTactical. Both are Romy G kits. I'm working on an Egyptian Maadi right now to add to the AK collection. Next...an AK74! Thanks guys! You created a monster!

Looks awesome! You're going to especially love shooting a 74 as well. Aren't ak's so fun to build? Lol

Aaaaw man. Next thing you know you'll be cruising the Internet for a wife, taking trips to ex soviet countries, and cooking borsch. Nothing good can come from this...[Coffee]

Nice rifles.

Nice jim, even if I have nothing to build (yeah right huh?) Then I'l bring my tooling over.

Sa friday, I was like what? When I read cruising the internet for a wife till I read the rest haha, so I'm mainly into the east german variants but I was making kraut soup, boiled potatoes and garlic sausage even before I got into german ak's lol ;)

By the way, I must warn you guys that ak74's are dangerous for ar guys to shoot, their feel, the cost to feed them, and the level of accuracy they have especially considering using surp ammo and a crappy ak trigger. An ak74 could easily start making ar's in a guys stable to get a little jealous ;) now I need to finally build a 5.45 upper lol

buy my Arsenal AK-106F, it's .223 but a blast to shoot, especially suppressed!

Jim makes a good point ;)

Or if you want to change it up a bit hehe do a 5.45x39 sbr ak, basicly a draco sized rifle but either fixed stock of folder, you know there's .223 dracos now and just to wet your appetite, romanian dracos are built from the factory with virgin underfolder trunnions so you could easily cut it for an underfolder stock, also the romy underfolder trunnion is a milled piece that lends itself well for drilling and tapping for an ace modular stock :) orrrrrrr build a milled receiver kit, like a .223 galil :)

I know I'm a bad influence haha
