Damn drought and fires

Just found out a big wild fire in Texas just outside Austin is only a couple of miles from my youngest brothers house. He has his stuff loaded in the truck and has his horses in the trailer ready to go if the wind shifts directions. I have been through a few hurricanes and have been here when I had loved ones going through a hurricane and it didn't bother me. But the fire thing being that close to my brother's place kind of freaks me out. I'm not worried about him, but having your home and most of everything you own destroyed in a fire would suck.[Rant1]

Fires suck... We almost lost our home the first few months we lived in it to a wildfire started by a bunch of kids. I feel for your family.
