Ill probably stop by again. Going on Sunday (wanted to go Saturday but my oldest son has a football game in bloody Brighton). I am hoping to find a new pistol for my Bday, we shall see though as the gun show hasn't been the place to find great deals in years. If nothing else its usually a decent afternoons entertainment.

Got a question for you guys for the Tanner Gun Show:
My friend, Caleb, wants to come and possibly buy a gun. He is a resident of New Mexico. As long as he buys from a FFL and passes his background check, he should be good to buy a gun. I have never been to the Tanner Gun Show yet, so it will be my first time as well.

6 or 7 years ago I had a Kansas state drivers license and bought an ak. So as long as things havent changed he should be good.

Well i planned on going to this one to pick up any good ammo deals and look for ghost rings for my 870, but I get to come back to the office at 5:00am to shut down the entire server room, wait a couple hours for the building power to be restored, then crank it all back up. Should be a fun little saturday morning. :P Maybe if i'm lucky i can be down there by 10 or 11.

Embarrassed to say this , but $100 is like $1000 to me. The meager Marine Corps disability check I get once a month makes it so I have to trade for what I am looking for apposed to putting out the cash. Sorry[Bang]

Thank you for the offer but I can't do that. I want the Colt but it could take a good amount of time to put the cash together. If you can sell it or trade for something you can use do it. If my Browning sells or I trade it for something you can use I would rather do it that way. There seems to be several on RMGO that want it but like anything else they want it for free, The condition my BDA is in it will (should) bring between $450 and $500 from what I am seeing others go for. It will just take the right guy that knows the gun and wants a 380 that holds 13 rounds,

I'm still kicking myself for not buying that LCP-CT for $369 from Denver Guns & Ammo for my wife. [Bang] Looks like he was haggling price too so I might have gotten it for even less. Hell, even if it turns out the wife doesn't like it, I'd have a nice pocket 380. I may have to call them next week and see if they'll do the show price.

I saw the model shotgun I've been looking for, but with the wrong cammo pattern and a used price only $80 less than new. [Whacko]

I bought a couple maglevel for $17 each incl tax. That matches the best price I've found online not incl shipping. Botach has them for $17.98 free shipping. Is Bowers cheaper? The same dealer was insane for what they wanted for used Sig mags. [ROFL2]

I wasn't really shopping for ammo, the best deal I noticed for 5.56 was $269 for 1000 and I'm not even sure they were factory loads. I'm not into reloading - at least not yet - and I can get 1200rds IMI M193 for $349 shipped from Wideners and picked up a local 1000rd mixed bag deal last week on stripper clips for .25/rd for plinking ammo. Good stuff for running through the new range buddies' FA M16. [UZI]
