Preferably not because I'm going to break it and get at the printed board underneath the epoxy on the bottom. Then I am going to sink that pretty little pretty thing into some clear epoxy and make a trophy for something.
If you have one or a printed micro circuit I would really appreciate it.
Thanks in advance.

Got an older HP Pavilion if you want to come get it. From 1995 or so, I think it has a pentium processor.

Could you do me a favor and pull the processor and look underneath for a black epoxy?
I had one the other day and I should have kept it but instead I shot it and most likely left it at the buffalo creek site since I didn't find it in any of the stuff that I took home.
I would be happy to make take it off your hand if its what I need.

Also, just in case. Does anyone know a way to desolve the covering on these CPU's without hurting the metal under it? I was thinking a carb cleaner solution but I don't know and it might be easier to just go with plan A.

That would be awesome! I'll pay for shipping you could mail it.
My sister and brother in law goes to the Springs almost every week. I'll see if they would pick one up for me whilst they are there? But shipping would be cool too.
