And just at what point does the see-saw tip to the "Tyrannical" side?
Me thinks soon..............................
Their neighbors obviously had a right to complain.. it's in their HOA rules! [ROFL1]
Too bad the majority of americans just will roll over and never doubt the all ominipotent government. When will the time come for us to start taking some of the core beliefs that our founding fathers held serously and refresh the tree.

I personally knew 7 people that have lost homes and Businesses.
My Ex wife now has an overpass 17 feet from her front door.
I watched as a nice Home was pushed over. They paid the family 5 thousand dollars for the 2 acres of land. they got out of paying anything for the house by doing a bullshit condemnation.
This house was better built and nicer than some of the POS Boxes they are popping up today.
Brought to your by the Salazaars.
Land Grabs... someone has a plan to make allot of money in real estate.

LA County is a nightmare. This man needs a good lawyer to defend him from the wolves of Los Angeles County. Why can't they concentrate on the drug smugglers, murderers, child molesters? I'll tell you why because the County and its' officials are corrupt. Maybe we can pray that a good attorney will contact him and and take his case pro bono...
(i'm guessing the county officials are greedy and prevail using thuggery to gain this mans land)
Should check some of the proposed regs coming to Jefferson County. specifically Evergreen and Conifer.

Could you point me to a site?

A couple of things gang. Before I say what I am going to say please do not let this come anywhere close to a Get back at the government thread or it will disappear.
I know many would like a do-over on the Bay of Pigs but not here. ;) The most disturbing thing I got from the videos was "Code Enforcement" with SWAT type gear.
I am trying to understand why the US is getting to the point that every agency (Fed,State,Local) that has anything to do with making people follow the rules (no matter how stupid they may be) has to have SWAT/Military gear.
In my mind it borders on stupid. I will ask what is next? HOA's with flash-bangs and RPG's? That is the disturbing trend I see.

Hell, I'm not convinced that most Police Departments need a SWAT team (at least not a full time, dedicated team).
Once upon a time SWAT teams were made up of officers that did regular duty until they were called in for a hostage situation or active shooter situation (which is ALL they should be used for ... High risk warrant? Hunt the bugger down when they're out and about and not holed up in their compound ... afraid that they'll flush the evidence? Maybe you shouldn't be raiding people for such small quantities that they can easily flush all their stuff ... or just shut the water off before you knock on the door and show your warrant).
The only reason for use of a SWAT team by any agency for any reason other than proscribed above is plain and simple tyranny. Period.

In my humble opinion... I think there is or are certain individuals that make these decisions of trying to take these lands or make some sort of profit with all the BS rules and Regs... and they are being backed by the Government of some form or another. I wonder what real estate company is looking into moving to that location in a couple of years...
All in all... what it boils down to is "It's not what you know... it's who you know"... sad days...

Oh and to add... and the worse part is... These types of incidents are being kept under the radar. If every bad case was publicized nation wide like how we get on Monday night football... who can tell what the outcome would be. This would be bad for the Government, and to the HOA, and other forms of Reg book bangers.... just my $0.02

Give it a few years.
Everyone from Kalifornia, Massalosers, and Obamanois is moving here. Most are liberals so... They will be making us into one of those suckhole states if they can. They ruined their own states so now they will try again here.
Let them try their shit here.
They certainly won't be getting my land without one helluva fight. But then the people in the video weren't truly "off grid"... wouldn't be able to find em if they were.
Maybe its time to just head up to Wyoming. Almost as good as Colorado and not nearly as many people.
after watching the videos only one thing came to my mind.

Time to start moving to free states if you're not already in one or doing everything you can to prevent things from getting worse were you are.
There are very few state governments that are actually working for their citizens and the federal government certainly isn't.

We will then need WY-AR15.com and may I also suggest MT-AR15.com for when we all move to these still fairly American states....

Personally I like Colorado and don't want to move to another state where they might allow us more access or our inalienable rights (or at least seem to be loosing them slower than the other states). We need to band together and educate our families, friends, and neighbors of the oppression our government is imposing on all of us. Don't forget we are a government by the people. The reason this type of stuff is allowed to happen is because of the ignorance of our population (we can probably thank our public schools for that one but that is another topic). Most people only know what FOX News, CNN, MSNBC choose to tell them. Let's educate and make sure that our state and rights don't go way of the buffalo.
