Raven makes a good product for sure. I own several of their holsters and use a RCS holster at work.

That being said, their lead time has made me look for other options. Molding Kydex isn't rocket surgery. There are a lot of comparable holsters on the market these days that don't have a 4-6 month lead time.

Wasn't there someone on this site that made a Raven type holster? Someone alluded that in a post and I haven't been able to find any ifo using search.

There is a guy from Ft C that makes that kind of holster, I have one, it's okay. He burned me on a gun deal not too long ago and he is a PITA to get a hold of. It just doesn't fit like a Raven. The one Raven I tried for a day was a dream, and it was for a G17.

That sucks he burned you. I've had nothing but great experiences with him and I think his holsters are awesome IMHO!!

Burned you on a gun deal? I guess I'd ALSO like to know how... Are you referring to the 870 that I was maybe interested in purchasing from you until I found out that it was an "Express" model? It's a very very nice gun but I need to stick with getting the "Police" model for my use. Nothing against you or your gun at all.

Still waiting for an answer on this. Saying someone 'burned you' is a pretty strong statement around here and such accusations need to backed up with facts.

You mean this post (http://www.co-ar15.com/forums/showpost.php?p=415255&postcount=5) from this thread (http://www.co-ar15.com/forums/showthread.php?t=34638&highlight=snichols28)?

You 'derailed' your own thread saying a user on this forum was shady for what seems like slow communication (people work as you said) and then not wanting to buy your item for whatever reason. Sounds like you had a potential buyer that decided not to buy. This is hardly shady because shady implies one who knowingly deceives or purposely tries to take advantage of someone which your feedback hardly backs up. For future reference I suggest you choose your words a little more carefully as I'm sure you wouldn't like if someone was going around calling you 'shady' for your part in that transaction or lack thereof. Would make selling that shotgun or any other item a little difficult if people started thinking 'shady' whenever they saw the user name TriggerHappy. Agreed? Personally, I would be pretty pissed off if someone started calling me shady on a public forum for no good reason and I bet you would be too.

If the belt loops I sent you aren't what you need just let me know dude. You asked for wider belt loops so I sent 2" belt loops to you because you previously had 1.75" belt loops. Did you mean to ask for loops to allow for a thicker belt instead of taller belt?

I recently started making them a different way after I realized when I tried to use my 5.11 Operator belt for the first time it was almost impossible to feed the belt through the loops. I can make them however you need. Let me know what you need. Here is a picture of the new ones. They are a lotttt better than the old ones easily allowing a belt to pass through them. Feedback on my holsters makes them better, not mocking them. I didn't realize my existing belt loops weren't working as well as I hoped until I found the issue with them by using a different belt that I had never used before.
