Hey Everybody-

I have this Colt Ave .22 Pistol that is in great condition. I ran the seriel number online and found that the manufacture date was 1940 - 1941. The Gun looks brand new besides the ugly grips. Wanted to get any tips for what you think the gun would be worth. I have no box, manuals, or magazines. I wanted to see what the gun would be worth if i sold it and where I could sell it also.... Any ideas?

Assuming those grips are white plastic, they don't help. Help yourself out, go on Gunbroker and use the search to look up Colt Ace. There will be a number of them on there to refer to. Find yourself some original grips and it will be much more attractive to a potential buyer. They won't cost that much.

Thanks for the tip, I wasn't sure if they were or they were not.
