My son was born last night! Long exhausting day as I was up in elk country archery hunting when I got the call! Luckily we were in camp and I wasn't miles in.

906 Last night! 6 lbs 10 oz 19.5 inches long!

Already ordered it. He already has a 10/22 with his name on it and I think I will hand him down my red ryder for his first gun!

Wife and James are doing great. Got back to elk camp today to tear everything down and get my truck and atv. Wanted to get out tonight but decided it was best to get home and back to the hospital

I haven't had time to post anything in a long time but this thread deserved it.

Welcome to the world Spotter7.

That is one perfect little baby boy. Truly. Congratulations. Every second of being a Dad is amazing.

My girl just turned two and it has been the greatest 2 years of my life.

When she was a little smaller we would just sit and watch her do the things she did...wiggle, lift her head, grab at things, roll over, crawl...every little thing she did was so amazing. We have asked ourselves time and time again, what did we do before her? How did we occupy our time before we had a little person raise and admire? I would much rather sit with her, play with her and watch her learn something new than do anything else in the world.

That being said, I'm may have a different opinion on the subject when my girl turns 16...
