Why can't I post in the buy/sell/trade?

I'm not sure what happened but I lost all my post count. I started back at 0, and now can't post in the buy/sell/trade section. What gives? What do I need to do to post again? I already agreed to the terms and have a location in my profile. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Yes, and there is no 15 post rule anymore
