Can a G39 be converted??

I.know some glock models can change calibers if you buy the conversion etc ie 40-9mm. Is there any way to go from gap to another cartridge with said accessories?

I would think only 9mm, 40 s&w or 357 Sig would be the only ones you could convert it to. i know the 45 ACP is longer then the GAP and if memory serves me correctly, you cant change stuff out to make the 45 ACP work.

Why would you buy a pistol in 45 GAP? Its turely a dead round and ammo is starting to get scarce.

I feel you but some LE agency are carrying the GAP.....but its OD got to buy it. :-)
