best 20" upper for around 600 bucks

I'm tired of waiting for delton to come through since I've waited for 6 weeks and I called them yesterday and they said its gonna be atleast another 6-8 weeks. So now i have another couple hundred bucks to spend and I think I wana maybe get something nicer i got about 600- 700 bucks to spend

What type of upper are you looking for? I have a brand new DPMS 20" varmint upper with black fluted bull barrel and free float tube I'm selling that would probably fall perfectly into your price range.

You may want to look into this from DS Arms. I have their 16" upper and it rocks esp. for the price.

It does have forward assist, the dust cover, and the bcg. It's a stainless barrel and is not chrome lined. I'll have to grab some pics when i get home tonight. For now here's a link to DPMS, its this rifle in all black (no white on it at all):

I have one of these and it is very accurate with open sights- unfortunately these are out of stock too.
