Here's a photo of a press credentials pass issued by the White House highlighting Obama's recent 3-state swing through the West. The 3 states highlighted in white are: California, Washington and Colorado.

The purpose of the president's trip was to remind folks out on this end of the country how important the West is to Obama.

california is trying to ban the term "bless you " when someone sneezes . maybe ,just maybe they should focus a little more or those wacky subjects like geography.

Health teacher Steve Cuckovick says it has nothing to do with religious beliefs, he claims it becomes a disruption in class and is serious about enforcing it.

He deducts 25 points from student’s grades every time someone breaks the “bless you” ban.
"The blessing doesn't make any sense anymore. When you sneeze, in the old days, they thought you were dispelling evil spirits out of your body. So, they are saying god bless you for getting rid of the evil spirits. But today, what I said is what your doing doesn't make any sense anymore,” said Cuckovick.
Parents and teachers are furious at the teacher’s actions. The principal of the California High School is not supporting the teacher in this ban.
