for so long they have cried that only the police should have guns... because they are so well trained, go through all of the tests and checks...

so now what?

My Condolences to the surviving family members, and I wish it wouldn't happen.... but its does and is rarely addressed.

This is in no way to say all cops are bad or should this be construed as a cop-bashing thread.
it is intended to show the fault in the bradys logic and arguments

they will use the same argument we use when we point out that yesterday there were millions and millions of gun owners with millions and millions of guns that didn't shoot or kill anyone.

just substitute gun owners for police and voilà!

Wow...that is sad. How does someone come to the conclusion it's OK to shoot their own son?

Really? Seems if we was so well trained he would know the rule #2 of the 4 primary rules of firearm safety. I mean, there's only four of them after all. Surely that 18yrs of experience included that at some point.

If there weren't any guns, then this would not have happened. I think every gun should be registered to only those people personally approved by the President.

The Brady Bunch isn't going to touch this one. They are going to supress it and wait for a better story that fits their narrative better. Like a lone criminal shooting up a gun free zone like a shooting gallery. Maybe, bring up an oldie but goodie like columbine or VT.
