Reminder to you all.

The weather is starting to get typical Colorado flaky. Check here [main forum page] and the FRIDPA home page (http://www.coloradoshooting.org/fridpa.htm) [banner at the top] for any last minute cancellations.

Also time to start allowing extra travel time to the range in the mornings due to heavier traffic.

Hopefully we will get to shoot, but right now it is not looking good.

Ah, well. Seeing the high drop 10 degrees to freezing, and the precip chance go from 40 to 80%, I guess it was kinda inevitable. There's always next month. Or next March. :)

Oh well, next time. John just talked me into coming back out after shooting primarily at the SHFC. I haven't been to one of the shoots in quite a while but I seem to recall shooting in the middle of a snowfall last time I was there.

Oh, so am I. I was hoping to get at least one failure free match on my new Polly Baby Eagle before winter set in.

I really do wish we could work a deal with one of the Denver ranges for an alternate or winter location. One would think that AGC could spare 4 bays on a Saturday that is not IPSC or USPSA weekend.

Here's hoping for November!

If they are willing to throw out the cowboy shooters and the 3-gun shooters do you really think they would even consider letting another "Spray and pray" (as they call it) game come to town?

CRC at Byers might be an option...

After September, I pretty much give up on IDPA up there because of the weather. Most winter month matches are cancelled anyway...so I guess I will wait for those beautiful Colorado summer months to return...
