Hello. I'm new to the forum. In fact, this is the first forum I've ever joined, so let me know if I do something ridiculous like replying when I should have started a new thread. I'm a long time fan of the AR-15, but recently purchased my first, a S&W M&P 15X with low mileage. I'm really glad to find other individuals with similar interests.

Welcome to the forum! I had an M&P once upon a time, but had to sell it so my wife and doggies could eat. It wasn't quite that dramatic, but it helps me with the pain of the loss.

So far so good. I guess Stag is the actual manufacturer of a lot of the parts for S&W, but it seems reliable and well made. It hasn't jammed once in the approx 160 rounds fired so far.

Welcome! Internet forum protocol dictates that one should at least wear underwear when chatting with others on forums, it's just a polite thing to do!

Often, flameproofing is required. [Stooge]
