I know it is short notice, but I am heading out to the DOW range on Friday if anyone wants to join. Got the new toy and want to stretch it out. Not to mention I have not shot past a 100 yrds in quite a while. Planning on being there for most of the day. I will be leaving from SW littleton around 7 or 8.

Taking AR's and pistols as well. Possibly my 338 win mag and 270 as well.

I'll be cleaning guns for a week.

PM me if interested.

Must have missed you- I was out there from 10-11am. Asked everyone I saw if they were from the forum, but no luck! WB

Just missed you. I got there right around 11:30. I hit some construction on 285 that held me up for about 20 min. There till about 3 though.

The range is out about 130 or so miles on 285 startiing at 470. Take 285 south all the way to 24 where it T's in front of the Collegiate peaks. It is about 15 miles south and on the left hand side of the rode and shares an entrance with the Chaffee county landfill. Tons of steel to shoot at incuding a ram at about 550 yds. Targets at 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500. Nice range and its FREE.

theres multiple steel targets out to a grand, but they're pretty hard to see w/o magnified optics. (i.e. 10" P-dog at 1010yds.)

there's a 1 x 1 ft round steel target at 1,000 yards.... it's up the hill at 2'oclock position of the hunter pointing aiming left.
