I usually snag about 1k of 55gr .223 from the T-Cal (B&B) guys - they are always next to the 5280 setup. Usually running about $175 for 1k. But I always check around for better batches. I've never had a problem with the B&B stuff, so it never bothers me when they have the best prices.

Gun show not great, but not bad. Picked up a Glock 21 mag for my G-30, a battle pack of .308, two HK G-36 mags, 30 rds of .50 blue-tip, and a green smoke 'nade. Not a bad haul. There was a guy that was selling the HK M-16 mags five for 199$ or 45$ each. Anyone use these? They look nice and all, but at almost three times the price of a "regular" mag, I just can't see spending the $$$. Are they that great, or is it just the HK name?

They're supposed to be really nice mags. I believe they're made out of steel. I'll stick with the nice Teflon coated aluminum mags at a much lower price.[wink]

I got some surefire batts, but that's it.

BTW, did anybody see the table with the M60 and the G36C? We need to invite that guy to the next shoot lol [postal]
