Burris Signature Pos-Align rings. Simple and cheap solution. Or you could shim the base up in the rear to gain you some elevation. Mechanically recenter your scope and start over.

Just wondering, how much total adjustment does it say your scope has?

I'm not sure how many clicks or moa it has I didn't count and it does not say in the generic instructions, there seem to be lots of clicks but they are only 1/8 moa

OK, who's scope is it? They might list it on there website.

There are 306 clicks of elevation,at 1/8 moa per click

Ok, so you've got roughly 40 MOA total adjustment. That's not much considering it's only a fixed 10X scope. That means you have 20 MOA up or down from optical or mechanical center. Are you using a one piece AR scope mount or rings?

So 306 clicks at 1/8 should be a total of 38.25 minutes of elevation?

It's funny how this is happening,I have mounted and sighted lots of scoped never had this problem,it is the first scope I have mounted on an ar,well I will send the scope back, any ideas for a scope around 3-400 dollars that will work

OK, so shimming the rear ring is out of the question since it would stress the scope and possibly leave nasty ring marks. Your best option (and cheapest) is buying the Burris rings I mentioned earlier. They may not look "tactical" but they work very well. Or try switching the front and rear rings around. Sometimes the rings are slightly different. It takes a very small amount of difference (thousandths of an inch) to change one inch of adjustment at 100 yards.

You may try the one piece mounts such as the Burris P.E.P.R. mount or the Nikon and see if they work better. Those can be shimmed between the base and the flattop of your receiver.

It's not the scopes problem. Sending it back might will not solve anything.

You still haven't told me the brand of scope.

Lots of people here run cheap scopes. I have a Wal-Mart center point scope on my .22. It works great for what I use it for.

Ok I give, its a famous maker, falcon menace clone, not a bad scope for the money, mop dots first focal plane etc,I bet its the rings, they came with the scope, they seemed ok I dunno

So... it's a Falcon Menace clone huh? Osprey?

All that aside, Try what I have already suggested and if it still doesn't work, it very well could be the scope or your rifle.

It's actually called famous maker, anyway. I'm guessing scope or rings, what could be wrong with the upper,or rifle?

The receiver may be out of spec at the flat top. Unlikely though. Or the barrel may not be aligned with the flat top. Also unlikely.
