So apparently Hooters is having a contest with the girls and having people vote on which one has the best costume, and apparently my uh... friend... is in the contest.

HAHAHA I was maybe 22 or 23 and fresh back from the Navy and left in themiddle of a deployment too, so was a bit sweeter to finally be home for good.

I'm going to get flamed for this, I know it, but just my honest to jeebus opinion:
I disagree with Hooters, Go-Go Dancing, The Tilted Kilt and similar places, women always get mad when they think we're objectifying them, yet many still bring it on themselves. I have ample reason and logic to back my claim up. Short story, went to Hooters once, was checking out our waitress, complimented her on keeping her body looking GREAT! and was then asked to leave by the manager because the waitress felt uncomfortable. I'm sorry, I don't walk around in a police uniform and get mad when someone comes to me for help, so if you're dressing like a slut don't get pissed when a guy looks at you like one... besides, that line of work is just one article of clothing away from being a stripper. More of the whole "look but don't touch" crap I hate. I like my women real and attainable (and to dress a little more conservative- but not be nuns or wear long pants and sweaters all the time).

That's very odd. Every time I've been to a Hooters the waitress laughed and joked along with us. On more than one occasion they've left their number, or asked for mine.

All I know is based on those pictures alone I may have to consider relocating to Texas. There was one hyena in there but the rest were amazing. Colorado was a disappointment as the hyena to hottie ratio was skewed in the direction of hyena.

If you do happen down to this area I would recommend the Selma location. It's just north of San Antonio and it's amazing. Amazing.

I don't think we're going to moving anytime soon (unless I can't find work anyway) but I would like to visit Texas sooner than later as it's one of the few states I've never been to and really want to visit. Who knows what we will decide once we've seen it for ourselves.
