Want to do; Anyone have land where I can shoot p dogs?

I was hoping someone had some land near town where I can shoot some prairie dogs. I had a place south of town but douglas county made the poor little old lady put cows on there or pay a huge tax. So even though there is still a lot of land to shoot on and missing a few cows would have been easy. I understand her concerns and just hope the cows develop a taste for p dogs.

If you have a place let me know I would be forever grateful.
