I have to say that was wild. [Coffee]
I walked in during the review for the touchdown, and was hooked for the rest of the game. Was an impressive comeback.
But I thought of Donkey Kong when I saw the thread title.

When John came along I think it took 6 months before the "Mr Ed and the Denver Donkeys" came about. [Coffee]

The best part of the game was the last 2 minutes of the 4th quarter and the OT. The rest of the game was painful to watch.

sorry, Tebow was not impressive in the least.
Had the dolphins not fumbled an onside kick they would have lost to one of if not the worst team in the NFL.
So in the end all you can is we are not the worst.
3 1/2 quarters of the worst passing game I have ever witnessed.
first 11 possessions, 8 punts, a fumbe and 2 missed field goals (what happened to prater on that one)

And Tebow was sacked 7 times!

Hopefully, as time goes on, we will not have to wait until late in the 4th for Tebow to show.

That's more of a failure of his line than himself.

Hey sweetie, you forgot to mention we won the game in the end. Who gives a **** if you were impressed?

yes he needs to learn to get rid of the ball, no head for where is in the game.
maybe that will improve

SORRY honey, we did not win, the dolphins managed to lose.
no one in their right mind would give them credit for this win. defense was lousy, passing was deplorable, they looked like a high school team for 54 minutes and 46 seconds
had this been anyone but the dolphins it would have been another 50 point blowout.
there just ain't no pleasing some folks.

I have one question for you Dorothy. Is there a W in the Broncos' record after today?
You go play your "what if" game somewhere else. I give them credit for this win. We won. Suck on that.
Bottom line is a win is a win. I'd rather he looked like crap in a win than looking great in a loss. As Cam Newton about that.
He looked awful for 57min of the game. That last 3min and OT were brilliant though so you can't take that away from him. Here's to hoping that he was just nervous and finally settled into a groove that will become the norm from here forward. I said before the game that we couldn't make a final decision of him after one game and even with a win this still applies. He was awful and he was great so, if anything, they cancel each other out and we haven't learned as much as I thought we would after one game. He wasn't decisive in either direction so I will defer until a few more games.
But the #'s don't lie and Orton since the fluke 6-0 start of two seasons ago has gone 6 wins and 22 losses as a starter for Denver. Tebow is 2-2 as a starter including one near comeback with minutes left and one comeback that they had no business winning and broke the record for largest comeback that late in a game for the team. I'm alright with Tebow starting for the foreseeable future and while I know Denver won't win the Superbowl at least they will be entertaining win, lose or draw which is more than I can say for the last few years.

Wow we beat the worst team in the league nothing to get to excited about. You guys realize the dolphins failed to score a touch down in 140 snaps before yesterday

And here I thought with a weekend of weather that equated to pure shooting awesomeness, nobody would be spending the day getting LCD burn.
I missed all the games. I was too busy shooting, running, throwing myself to the ground, shooting, running, jumping on/over/around props, shooting, clearing jams, shooting, reload, shooting....[AR15]

that is all I am saying.
They won yes they did. I watched 54 minutes and 46 second of the worst football performance ever yesterday. They managed to get it together just long enough to make the Dolphins miss an onside kick and get ahead at the last minute against a really bad team. And everyone jumps up and down like that proves Tebow is the saving grace.
I don't get it. Believe me when Tebow has a good game and shows some improvement I will be the first to admit it and give him his props, But i am not going to slap him on the back over yesterdays game. He didn't earn respect yesterday.
I have never seen a group of fans so eager to felate a player so easily.

I agree with you Rockhound. Tebow didn't play very well at all. That TE Fell did a great job; I wonder where he has been this season?
Tebow needs more time; I think we saw in the game what the coaches were seeing at practice and the reason he wasn't the starter. I will give him credit for being a scrambler though. I can't see Orton doing as much rushing as Tebow likes to do.

As I recall- Elway sucked ass his first year as a starter.

Thank you!
The list of amazing QB's who started out awful is both long and distinguished. They also had the 'it' factor which is undeniably present in Tim Tebow.
I also love how people bash on his throwing.... did you never see him throw a ball prior to the Broncos? He's not amazing but he's every bit as good as half of the starters in the NFL. The problem is that he was told as soon as he entered the draft that his motion was no good. So he's spent 2yrs fixing something that wasn't broken. Do you think his mind was on that at all to start this game? I think he's over thinking his motion since that's what he's been beat into thinking for the last 2yrs. But with 3min left when he doesn't have time to over think and just has to act... he's just fine. I think the 'experts' need to STFU and let the kid play. I'm not saying he's going to be the best QB ever nor was I chanting Tebow when the other R-Tards thought he was the instant answer to a Superbowl. That being said he's the best thing Denver has currently with the most upside so just let him play.
My biggest concern right now isn't Tebow or Orton it's the rest of the team to include the offensive line. It's.... offensive.

My thoughts from the game:
1) The Broncos are terrible in all phases of the game. Yes, that includes the defense. They only gave up 15 points, true. But it was to the back up QB of the worst team in the NFL.
2) It took Tebow 3 quarters to remember how to throw.
3) It took McCoy 3 quarters to remember how to call plays
4) It took Orlando Franklin 3 quarters to remember how to hold a block for more than 2 seconds
5) I don't care what a pass looks like, if it hits the receiver in the hands, catch it.
6) Our O-line better be practicing running the D line PAST the pocket to prepare for detroit.
7) Broncos won, got the 400th win, 1st win at Miami ever and biggest comeback in 41 years.
Who gives a **** if they won or lost... not like they were superbowl bound.. The WHOLE ****ING TEAM SUCKS!

yeah that, I have been saying it all season. give it a rest. if the other parts of team were firing on all cylinders it wouldn't matter who was in the pocket.
