The irony of this story!

Occupy Wall Street kitchen staff protesting fixing food for freeloaders (http://www.nypost.com/p/news/local/manhattan/zuccotti_hell_kitchen_i5biNyYYhpa8MSYIL9xSDL)

The Occupy Wall Streetvolunteer kitchen staff launched a “counter” revolution yesterday -- because they’re angry about working 18-hour days to provide food for “professional homeless” people and ex-cons masquerading as protesters.

For three days beginning tomorrow, the cooks will serve only brown rice and other spartan grub instead of the usual menu of organic chicken and vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, and roasted beet and sheep’s-milk-cheese salad.

They will also provide directions to local soup kitchens for the vagrants, criminals and other freeloaders who have been descending on Zuccotti Park in increasing numbers every day.

What's wrong OWS? Now you know how taxpayers feel![Rant1]

Then there's this gem buried in the article-

Organizers took other steps to police the squatters, who they said were lured in from other parks with the promise of free meals.

A team of 10 security volunteers moved in to the trouble-prone southwest section of Zuccotti Park in a show of force to confront them.
----clip---
Some arguments broke out as the security team searched tents -- but no violence erupted.

Overall security at the park had deteriorated to the point where many frightened female protesters had abandoned the increasingly out-of-control occupation, security- team members said.

No respect for the 4th Ammendment either, I see. Life is great in the commune![ROFL1]

This is why if those libtards were in charge of the country they'd last about 5 minutes.

If you dump your garbage in a park accessible to the general public, you have abandoned the property and you no longer have any privacy rights regarding that property. Calling the bag you put your garbage in a tent doesn't change that equation.

This is how cities dispose of all of this garbage after the cops flush the people out of the park. [Coffee]

The next step is for OWS to issue identity papers to the "real" protesters. Then they the "security team" can run off anyone without "proper ID". Maybe even establish a gulag in the basement of an empty building for the revolutionary fakers. :D

The first thing anarchists do when they get power is set up a government and reinforce their position of power. [ROFL1]

OWS is a squatters movement. I'm surprised they haven't begun adverse possession action on Brookfield Properties http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zuccotti_Park

I'm more surprised at what they're willing to eat!

...menu of organic chicken and vegetables, spaghetti bolognese, and roasted beet and sheep’s-milk-cheese salad.
That stuff sounds disgusting! Except for the spaghetti, but they'd probably hippy it up too. Dirty hippies! I hate their food, hence why I don't go to hippy dinner parties... that and they "work" up an appetite by listening to Phish and smoking pot.

These protesters sure are keeping our LE busy, you know since real crimes are being committed but they have to keep an eye on these d-bags.

Actually, I read it in a fiction story in an old Easyriders magazine back in the 70's or 80's. Biker was giving some waitress a rash o' **** and that was her response. Gawd, can't believe I have enough brain cells left to remember that.....

I found this odd too...hmmmm...what would they have "thunk" in 69' about this problem? Even "protesting" requires a lawyer now...and I'm still laughin' at these morons...

Lawyers? Incorporation? Tax-exempt status? [Whacko]

Occupy Wall Street' Protesters Debate How to Deal With $500,000 in Donations (http://www.foxnews.com/us/2011/10/27/occupy-wall-street-protesters-debate-how-to-deal-with-500000-in-donations/?test=latestnews)

"...protesters...are grappling with a new problem: how to manage and spend the nearly $500,000 they've raised in five weeks...

Members of the group's Finance committee are meeting with lawyers and accountants to get a handle on its spending and consider next steps, like whether Occupy Wall Street should incorporate and apply for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

At the moment, Occupy Wall Street protesters say they don't have leaders. The only way big decisions can be made and money can be spent is if the General Assembly—a daily meeting at which everyone who shows up has equal standing—reaches a consensus.

Here is a tip; give all $500,000 to the government and let them use it for all of your favorite causes. That much money should take care of about 1.5 minutes of current government spending. OR you could pay off some student loans with the money. OR you could use that money to clean up Zuccotti Park since you have crapped all over it and it doesn't belong to you.

I'm just sayin'[Coffee]

Can't do that. EPA and Corp of Engineers have "wastewater discharge" limits.

They will have to go to the solid waste treatment facility at 65th and York.
