IDPA RO class

Does anyone know if there will be an IDPA range officer class anywhere in the Denver Area in the near future? I shoot at a few different clubs and would like to help out as an RO

IIRC, there was one in September, though that was over in Montrose. Dunno about any others planned.

We appreciate any help that we can get. Let the RO for your squad know that you would be willing to assist with score keeping (clipboard duty), that will give you some footing on what is going on and how we do things.

Attend the new shooter class a few more times, especially when Joseph is teaching it and you will pick up on more things that the ROs watch for.

If I am short on help, I typically look for long time members that I recognize, or experienced shooters.

I've gone through our clubs defensive pistol class and RO at our shoots. But I attend a few regional shoots each year and I'd like to be qualified to RO there.

Contact the National IDPA and find out who the regional trainers are, then contact them to see when they may have a training class.

Would mean travel to another state, but you would get your cert.
