Buffalo Creek open in winter?

Are they open to the public during the winter? Took advantage of Boulder Rifle Club being open these last two months but now I need another place to shoot and preferably out past 100 yards. Any idea, if they're open to the public, what range fees are like?

We are open in the winter, by appointment. 10-31-11 was our last day with an attendant.
