Sounds odd, he shot him self once and the driver twice?
How do you shoot yourself while shooting the bad guy?
Under trained shooters often hit themselves on the draw or their other hand gets in the way of the muzzle.

Strange shit happens there. I replaced an ATM that was stolen and taken off base and no one knows who or where it went...

Did the cops check all of the storage places within 20 miles? Start with the closest and work your way out. Match up whatever surveillance cameras you have from the location where it was stolen with the entry videos from the storage places.
We were doing this almost 20 years ago in the NYC metro area. Truly amazing what you find in some of the local storage lots.

I don't follow...

Not sure what the cops did. I really didn't care, it was the banks property not mine. For what it's worth, it was located where there were no cameras. Just thought it was weird that an ATM would "walk off" an army base.

He was implying that he is the one who took the ATM - it was a joke.

we've all been there!
Man, this guy is lucky he didn't crash into a house on a military base where people know how to use guns, or he could be dead right now.

haha yup. that wonderful Army firearms training. I always enjoy reminding soldiers how to make the little bullet thingy go from the magazine thingy into the chamber thingy... it's unbelievable.
