IWB. I've tried so many different IWB I finally settled on the Kytac Braveheart. Absolutely love it! Carry a 3" Para Ordnance P12.

Crossbreed Holsters Super Tuck IWB (http://www.crossbreedholsters.com/SuperTuckDeluxe/tabid/90/List/0/ProductID/1/CategoryID/1/Level/1/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName,ProductName) is the most comfortable one I use.
Have carried an XD45 Service & Tactical, XD40 Service, G23, G20, SA 1911 Loaded, Kimber Grand Raptor, HK USP 40 and HK USP 40 Compact.

They are awesome holsters.

I'm too fat to use a regular holster comfortably, and when I have to put my pistol away at work or wherever I don't want to deal with a holster too. So I use a Beltster, works great for me, but you have to remove the rivets on your jeans on that side or it'll mar the slide. Even though I have a custom-made Milt Sparks Versa Max II, it gathers dust and the Beltster gets the use. It's actually far more secure than you might think.

Your trigger is exposed in this picture. Is leather the only thing that retains the gun? Or is there a piece of reinforcing plastic in the belt? A 1911 is the most safe gun in type of holster. I have seen a pic of a glock in this type of holster where the trigger was exposed and the gun went off. Luckily on the 1911 you have the thumb safety and grip safety also.

Trigger isn't exposed enough to get to it. It's just a super heavy-duty thick leather belt, 1.75" wide, with a pouch sewn onto it for whatever gun you want it for, and the pouch will be placed wherever you want it, he makes them to order.

FWIW, I don't own a Glock, probably never will, and wouldn't carry one. Just my own preference. 1911's have safeties, Glocks have accidents.

Seriously, the Beltster isn't for everyone, but I'm very happy with mine. It holds my pistol very securely and I don't think you could get anything lower profile than it, besides Mexican Carry.

Ha! Ha! Ha! No, truth is, I pretty much wear out two of these (and the pocket holster). The G26, or the G19 or G23. I really don't carry the others very much.

The MTAC was a surprise for me - I am able to carry a full size M9 and I almost forget I'm carrying a full size pistol. Crossbreed makes a good hybrid as well, but for me, the Comp-Tac Minotaur MTAC is my first choice (as you can see).

One of them is a Galco V-Hawk - pretty nice holster as well.

I know quite a few guys who love'em and swear by them. I carry IWB though cause (for me) it hides the pistol much better, and I like the way IWB feels.

We truly live in a "Golden Age" of CCW gear.

I've been converting simple leather pancake holsters to IWB for ages, but honestly there's enough good IWB leather (and plastic) out there now I probably don't need to anymore.

Here's my EDC most days:

It's great for OWB Carry.

I love my friends Garrett Industries IWB for his Sig 226R. Need to get one for the M&P
