Been kind of rough on My mom lately so I sent the flowers early. My step dad (WWII-Vietnam) vet is not doing too well and the Dementia is starting to get to her after 10 years.

Give them all the love ya can because for many of us they will not be around much longer. [Love2]

My mom just retired this last January.

I tried calling home twice this morning and couldn't reach her so I gave her cell phone a shot - she answered.

Turns out she and my dad took a weeks vacation up in the "Wisconsin Dells" and they were on their way back home. Sounds like they had a great time.

It's good to see them getting out and having a good time for once. They've invited my wife and I to join them in AZ in September at some resort that's part of their timeshare community. Who knows, maybe..
