What qualifys as a BUG? Back up guns. Small pocket guns. J-Frames, Sub compact Glocks, ect... There is a side macth FAQ here at http://coloradoshooting.org/ipw-web/bulletin/bb/viewtopic.php?t=3953 and the complete BUG rules are avail at www.idpa.com
I shall be there, if its xmas themed are we shooting bad guys in santa suits [roll]
Right now the weather forecast says 20% chance of snow Saturday night and 30% chance of snow AND a high of 39 on Sunday. So be sure to check the fridpa.com web site before leaving for the match as a match cancellation will be posted there if necessary.
Keep your fingers crossed.

Is there a chance that the classifier/qualifier will be available on Sunday!
After all, there is nothing like half frozen fingers to test one's resolve...

I may shoot my revolver, I dunno yet. I have to give my new mag release a test run as well. I guess it depends on my mood when I wake up.

Get there early (7:30) and help me and/or Tim Cannon set it up and there is a very good chance it will available.
Let me know here if you will be there early or not.

Hope the snow holds off till Sunday late afternoon. If it is snowing out I'll be clearing parking lots for all the shoppers to fight over parking spaces. At least it pays really good. If its not snowing Patti and I will be there.

I can be there at 7:30. A few flurries should not be problem. Joe and I are bringing a guest from the Corp. who is in town for a bit - can we borrow your Berretta or should we findd another option? It sounds like the 3 of us will be there early to help set up.

You can borrow my Beretta, but I kinda wanted to shoot the match. The sharing a gun thing is a huge pain in the arse. Another option would be better, however I can always just go shoot some rifle on the 425 yard berm.

W appreciate your offer, however, it looks like we have made other arrangements. I am going to buy so software for my revolver. I also looks like we may have a fourth shooter in our party. That would be two for the new shooter's class. These two new guys will either share my revolver, or one will use my Match 45. One way or another, we will figure something out...

Cool. See you in the morning.
The weatherman has conveniently moved the snow out until early evening so expect cold fingers but at least it won't be wet too.
Come out early and help set up!
Hope to see everyone there!!

And if it snows, its Tims fault. After all, he has faith in the weatherman.
hey tom for the BUG match do we need a holster for the gun?
I want to use my 84B .380 Beretta in it but dont have a holster for it.
You will not need a holster for your BUG. Per BUG rules, we will never require you to draw from a holster during a BUG side match. Reload, yes, draw from holster, no.
holy balls it was cold, I froze my ass off. I went way faster than I should have because I was freezing when I took my jacket off. And my hands didnt exactly want to do what I wanted them to do.
But had fun
Results were emailed out this morning. Let me know if you didnt get them.
They are also posted at www.fridpa.com
