i was coming back from 11mile and my main bearing broke fan and all, only made it back thanks to a temporary fan belt made of paracord, then got pulled over just past woodland park, and was escorted back to the springs by an officer

False. Bearing wouldn't break a fan, or all.

A main bearing would seize the engine. Unless it was the idler bearing. Either way the LE would have called in a tow if you didn't have communication device with you.
False(ish)
yup, false. If it was a main bearing that thing would have been towed home.
Police escort from Woodland Park to the Springs? False!

False, the cop would have beaten you then arrested you for driving unsafe vehicle.
Idler bearing seized causing the serpentine belt to break or main bearing?

But if it was the muffler bearing he would be ok.

But the cop would cite him for low blinker fluid.
false, we know you only keep the cheap paracord and that stuff would have either melted or broke.
and a cop would never escort anyone any more unless you were pregnant but now they if you are already stopped they have to call an ambulance.

I used to work at checker auto parts, years ago, and we used to call other auto parts stores and ask for a radiator for a 63 vw bug. We would get put on hold for 10min, then the guy would get on the phone and apologise that they didn't have one. Just being a smart ass.

Ya not to bright, do you remember champion auto parts? We would call them, or other checkers. Once in a while we would get Hung up on, those were the smart ones,
My Beetle spit out the #3 spark plug a few times on me. Okay, maybe it was just once.
so next time some one asks me why i'm wearing a "weird Bracelet" i'll explain that paracord is useful for everything,... including doing jobs that my mechanics should be doing at my check ups ;)
