Why not just get a 22lr upper for an SBR'd lower? Then you have a big boy toy that shoots cheap ammo.

Looks like the 15-22 pistol upper on a 15-22 rifle lower with a can attached and 9" troy handguard. Don't see any engraving on the side shown to indicate it was legally created on a Form 1. I've got a company working on a 10" integrally supressed barrel for the 15-22...will make a great shoothouse & steel toy!

From the original post I read off another site, it was cut and crowned at 5" with a adapter for the Troy handguard and yes it's suppressed. And the engraving is supposedly above the trigger guard, which is legit.
