Good Lord! Never seen anything like that! Kinda scary looking, hell in a shell is right. For hunting or defense?

Zombie's...
Yup!
Can you imagine head shots with those mo fo's
Cost per round?
After seeing what a one ounce slug does to almost anything at 50 yards, this causes me to question whether you really need anything more devastating.
I guess it is just one more thing to consider when choosing ammunition.
Be safe.

Had to YouTube it.

And now, for the one ounce slug:

It looks like the same carnage in both videos. You need a tougher or bigger target to see the difference.

Those look pretty sweet but at $16 for five they'd get pricey to shoot real quick
Zombie's...
zombie elephants...
zombie elephants...
zombie elephants on pcp spiked with heroin... while taking the lords name in vain
I've found em for 8 bucks a box of 5... It's worth it... for those helmet wearing zombies...

Where did you find them for 8 bucks. At that price id pick a few up
For $195, I can have 250 slugs delivered to my house.

For the same $195 you get 122 Hexolit32 rounds (at 5 for $8).
Why drop a GBU-38 when a Mark 82 will do? Either way, your watermelons will be a mess.
Choice is good. Call me a traditionalist.
Be safe.

In some places Traditionalist= Heretic
Swing by the Build Forum to see what i (ok we) Rachael and I did this weekend. Runs like a top, dents the crap out of spent brass.
For those prices I think I'll stick with rolling my own youch.
For general shooting, no, too expensive. Probably wouldn't penetrate deep enough for bears either. But for home defense? I reckon one of those would stop a threat in his tracks! Probably kill the hell out of anything with hooves on it too. Damn, that's a nasty-looking slug.
I may have to pick up a few to add to my crazy shotgun shell collection. Have you guys checked out all of the crazy round options at Firequest.com? Some sweet options there.

Yeah, looked around in there a few times, never bought anything. Coolest 12ga. rounds I ever had I found at a gun show, they basically had an M-80 in them, and when fired it would light the M-80 and lob it about 100 feet or so. Great for scaring the shit outta people and critters!

They might be called Bird Bombs too, but this is exactly what they were like. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mM0p1DI3i_k
