I'm receiving emails from this group offering a lifetime membership and free attendance at all their firearms training courses for a one-time fee of $250. Please share any personal experiences with this group (ignatious Piazza). If it sounds too good to be true ....

From what I have read this guy Piazza was a dentist that one day decided he was a firearms trainer. One of his older classes taught if you were in a mall and a group of 5-6 guys came in with AKs,you were supposed to shoot one with your handgun, take his AK and proceed to take out the rest. He may have changed his ideas but that turned me off. Plus I had been getting calls from them 2 times a week for a long time until I finally got someone on the phone to take my name off the list. They have called with that deal before. A "lifetime" deal for 599 that includes an XD if I remember correctly. I dont recall seeing his name or classes in any magazines for a long time either. Makes me wonder how good it really is

My ongoing theory is that Ignatius is actually the mustache, which periodically switches human hosts. But the party line is that he's an ex-Chiropractor from SoCal. I don't hold it against him, and the targets you use there are based on his patient X-rays.

It is pretty much as advertised. I'm a Diamond member. They have recently cut back some of their offerings (their 4 day courses no longer include a night shoot), but it's generally solid, if not a little "vintage".

Actually, the instruction and class flow is very high quality. Maybe the best I've experienced. It's scripted but very well organized and it builds up incrementally.

But again, they really, really, reaaallly like their Weaver stance.

You will get annoyed by their sales tactics and marketing. But you're already "in the fold".

BTW: You'd probably have better luck searching on Google if you looked for "Front Sight"

Top quality training! Highly recommended! You get used to the emails and just tend to ignore them after awhile. I'm after the training and go frequently.
