Who will win if there was a Zombie Apocolypse?

Sorry if this has already been done and some people are probably tired of the Zombie talk but it's all for fun.

If it was between the Military, Armed Citizens, Anti-Gun People who think we are all nuts, or the Zombies. Who would win in a Zombie Apocolypse? I think us armed citizens. We have the knowledge(watch too much tv) and we are prepared imo. The Military will probably be the cause and therefore be overrun when the outbreak starts. Anti-Gun people will be the first eaten up. Zombies though might be ahead at first but in the end they will fall.

I dunno.. I'm torn on this.

I mean one thing you never see in a zombie movie is anyone actually using military vehicles to get away.. .

I mean 1 APC, 1 Tank.. you could get away. Sleep in it. Drive it to your stash.. get close enough to a food source..

I think that might be the way to go.. if you can drive around a motor home like in 'The Walking Dead' I'm pretty sure you could find enough diesel for a tank.. Not to mention how many you could take out just with some driving around.

I'll hunker down.. then I'm looking for a tank. Should I find one open.. whoever is in there gets one in the head first if they appear dead. I'll figure out how to drive it. Imagine the fun zombie killing w/ the weapons ;) [M2]

The military would utterly fail. They are way too slow to adapt, the combat aspect has become too reliant on "support" and cannot function independently. They would logistically kill itself.

Armed civilians on the other hand would stand a better chance because they are quicker to adapt.

I voted military for one reason only. They would likely just bomb everything in infected areas back to the stone age while the higher ups sat in comfy bunkers and waited for us and them to die.

Can I clear one small detail up? Brains... zombies don't really care about them, so 90% of liberals wouldn't really be that safe. According to somewhat science backed theory on zombies:
1- They're decomposing bodies, eventually nature will take it's course as long as they don't continue to spread... so if the whole world was consumed and you survived with say 20 others and hunkered down, eventually they'd decompose so much that there wouldn't be a threat after some time.
2- Even though they derive no nutrition or sustenance, they eat flesh (not solely brains) because that's what their zombified brains tell them to do.
3- Tanks are a very bad vehicle to use in the zombie outbreak, the M1 Abrams was slowed by the supply lines in Desert Storm and OIF because it gets horrible fuel economy. You're better off in a Ford Excursion. [Coffee]
and 4- If you played it smart, eventually we'd win (see #1).
