So after 2 1/2 years with verizon and a $170 dollar a month bill for 2 1/2 years i am canceling. Which means i wont have internet anymore but thats ok. I will gladly pay the early termination fee to get rid of these cocksuckers. They are billing me for stuff i dont have and they wont fix it, its been going on for 2 months now and this months bill is $273 and next months is the same. Best part is the company i work for just partnered with them and we are supposed to speak highly of them, i will reccomend cricket. So after today i wont be here, its been fun.

What and the hell are you guys doing to get the bills so high? I've never had problems with em, at least not yet... The only time my bills have been high have been because I did it, not them.

the one thing I can say about sprint is that in over ten years, the bill is always what I think it's going to be....

I dropped Verizon for Sprint because Verizon could not touch the price to add me onto a business plan.

I tried cricket, it was worse than not having internet. Seriously.

I tried a straight talk Walmart phone, that was a pretty good deal, worked well enough if all you want to do is talk and text.

Went back to Verizon and put my folks on my plan so we can talk all we want.

For internet I keep going back and forth between Comcast and Qworst. They have both billed me for shit I didn't order in the past. Neither has charged me when I told them to fuck off.

Sprint?

no sir tmobile.

we share 1k minutes, all have unlimited texting, 0 data, and the only reason our bill isnt like 60/month is they spread the cost of 3 blackberry's over 24 months w/ no interest.

its a great deal IMO if you are a light talker (altho you still get unlimited nights/weekends and cell to cell talking), heavier texter and can wait to surf the internet until you get to a laptop

I've had Verizon since it was AirTouch. Never had a problem in the last 13 years.

Same here. VZW thinks they don't have to offer any customer service because they have 'the best network' but the truth is when you have Sprint you roam onto VZW so since we switched I don't miss VZW one bit. In fact, we have less dropped calls and better voice quality (especially with the new HTC Evo LTE w/their better mic & speaker and HD calling on the horizon) with Sprint and we pay MUCH less than we did with VZW. Only regret was not switching sooner.

FWIW, we had a two-line account with VZW with internet but no 4G (this was right before they launched) and text messaging and paid about $175 per month and when 4G launched they wanted to charge us another $30 per phone to get it. That was when we made the switch to Sprint who already had 4G plus the Evo 4G was a BEAST of a phone at the time and we not only paid less for THREE lines than we paid for TWO with VZW but we got unlimited 4G internet, unlimited mobile to mobile (any.. not just Sprint) and more minutes and what not than we got with VZW. I think if you have just two lines and want similar it's about $130 or so. You'll save about $50/mo off of what VZW and get pretty much everything they offer and then some. The other bonus is the longest I've ever waited at the Sprint store on Harmony was about 7min. The shortest I ever waited for help at a VZW store was more than that and I had several times where I was standing around that place for over an hour. Unacceptable. Eff VZW!
