USDA home loan

Today has been nothing but crap, had to pay to settle a BS law sute and spent the day argueing with verizon and stuck with the 2 kids who were acting up all day. But then i got some funny news. During the day i normally dont carry my phone so i was just sitting here listening to voice mails and had a laugh! Last september 1st we applied for a usda rural development home loan, we were supposed to have an answer in 30 days. They called today!!! [ROFL1]

6 months ago i bought a house [Beer] what sucks is with that loan you guys would all be helping to pay my mortgage, i could have spent an extra 50k and my payments would be like $200 a month less then they are now.

it is not usda, the broker dropped the ball on that one, usda should not take any longer than any other loan

We were dealing directly with usda. The first few months they kept telling us they had no funding until the budget was signed, then they quit takeing our calls and emails.
