ok guys I have a Colt HBAR post ban. Is there any way to easily determine whether I have a 1 in 7 or 1 in 9 twist or do I have to just count?

Should be stamped on the barrel. Most HBAR's are 1/9 to stabilize most bullets if I remember right.
