I was in Portland this week and it was 52 and sunny the whole time.

When I was in Orlando for SHOT it was 78 when I returned the rental car and -7 when I got home to Denver. That’s a ∆T of 85 deg F. Humans were not made for this.

The longest tim of snow cover is like 63 days and that was in the 1980's.

I remember a week of over minus 0 in the 1988/1989 time frame (and a low of minus 24, that sticks in my head)

no s%^&*t it took me 1.3/4 hr today to drive from frederick to hwy 34 n. bound. light snow turned into a very icey 25. my average speed was 10mph!. i counted 5 accidents involving more then 2 cars/trucks

I am really thinking about taking a relocation package to Portland.

NO ya dont want to go to portland to much rain & fog and one of the counties is not class3 friendly there in portland, houses ,food gas spendy of course guns & ammo are easy to come by and no sales tax but property tax wiilget ya, but 65 $for two years car tags no matter what ya drive :roll:

I like snow, it can snow anywhere it wants except on the mile and a half of sidwalks that we have to shovel at work.

I only had a weekend off when i took vacation.

Just for that i'm spending my overtime money at the fun show this weekend!
