Found some good apps from a few recent threads so let's share the knowledge and see what else is out there.

Shit, I use Google voice for my business number and have it forwarded to my cell phone. Eats up minutes bad, but keeps my personal number unknown. I also have 4 GB of data so that could work very well for me.
