I just got a last minute scholarship interview for a New scholarship called the Reisher scholarship at CSU. I stayed up for two days straight writing the essay for it. Now i have a interview tomorrow. She said it would be roughly 45 min long. I know i can talk about my military and deployment experience as well as being bilingual and a father and husband. But im not sure what else they are looking for. I know they wanna know who i am as a person but should i be selling my self or just take it as it goes. The money would help but im sure there are plenty of good canidates.
Be WHO you are and say WHO you are. This should be similar to grad school interviews. Just don't lie. If you qualified for an interview that means you had some qualifications that they are looking for and ambition that got you this far. Good luck, bud.

Go get 'em!
Good luck man, hope you get it!
good luck hope you get it.
if you wrote about "yourself" in the essay and what you have done, you need to stick with "yourself", your accomplishments etc. but more importantly what this money will help you do in the future and where it will take you. they want to know the money is going to a good person with a good background but most importantly someone with a good future.

Sorry I can't offer any real advice. But "Good Luck"!
My wife got a scholarship to nursing school and it helped us immensely.
