Tied the knot this weekend. Perfect ceremony (read: SHORT!) and a great time at the tavern for the reception.
She said yes.... wow.
I'm a very fortunate man.

It's only a skirt if you're wearing something underneath.
We BOTH wore kilts, if you catch my drift...

Nope. I'm mixed Polish and German, but her folks are Scottish, so we decided to do the kilt/Celtic thing to honor them. Their family tartan looks.... well, it's unattractive, so this was the tartan she liked best.

It's hard to tell from the picture, but it looks like the Wallace tartan. My last name is Wallace, that's why I was wondering.

Oh, I could not see the treads that run through the tartan well. There are some very similar, just a different color tread running through here or there.

Yeah, I'm always amazed at the subtle differences between some of the tartans... Red/Yellow/Green is one Clan, while Red/Green/Yellow is a different Clan.
I suppose it's like the differences between various single malt scotches... you either KNOW or you don't.
Speaking of, we had a celebratory toast with 39 year old Glenlivet. It did not suck. [Neene1]
Congrats! Best to you both!
